We teach you and your family how to treat and deal with these disease processes in the privacy of your home in order to help decrease the chances of a reoccurrence.

  
  C.H.C Nurses Perform: wound care, lab draws, infusion therapy (IV), catheter care, medication management, injections, in home cardiac monitoring, and many other skills that may be ordered by your physician.

C.H.C medical social workers are highly trained and licensed by the state to coordinate essential community services that maybe available to the patient.

Home Health Aides
C.H.C Nurse Aides are highly trained to help with ambulation, dressing, bathing and light house chores.
